Please include your check of $96 USD made payable to "AVSeminars, Inc."

One of these 3 picture IDs must be in our hands within 2 days prior to the commencement of a FIRC.

Step 3 -

After we receive your photo ID and within 3 days of the FIRC start date, you will receive 2 Emails from us.
The first Emails will provide you with a link to our Webinar site for testing purposes. These tests are held on Thursdays and Fridays, immediately prior to the weekend FIRC. The test will take just a few minutes. And you only need to attend one of these two offerings, not both. We want to be sure your camera, headset and internet connection are fully operational. It will also give you an opportunity of seeing, first-hand, how the sign-on procedure works prior to the start of the class on Saturday morning.

The Email message will be coming from "messenger@webex.com" and the title will be "Meeting Reminder: CFI Webinar Tune-Up". The text will look like this:

Please do not lose these Emails. Or if you have not received any of the links by Thursday prior to the FIRC weekend, please call 877.850.FIRC or Email support@avseminars.com to get a re-issuance of the email notifications. These links are important to get you into the testing session and for the two days of the FIRC.

Step 4 -

When you do check-in to the FIRC Webinar, you may be asked to download certain software to fully use the WebEx Webinar environment. Then you will see the following screen:

Please do not choose the "Use Phone" option.

Instead, click on the "Use Computer Headset" option. The following screen will be displayed:

With your headset plugged into both the audio out jack and the microphone jack, you should be able to set the correct audio levels from the horizontal digital meters. The system incorporates an automatic audio level device, so these settings are not critical.

Step 5 -

On the upper right of the screen are 5 icons. One looks like a video camera. Click on it and you will see the live video of the host and partcipants. You will also see a screen of yourself with a message that says "Not Sending". Click on "Send Video"

That's it! Surprisingly simple and enjoyable.
